First Thoughts

I browsed through the first 3 chapters of the book and the topics are the following.

1. Computer Currents : From Calculations to Connections
2. Hardware Basics : Inside the Box
3. Hardware Basics : Peripherals

(please note that i have old version of the book, so could be some difference in the titles.)

Chapter 1.

In the first chapter, the author speaks about the world and computers and how the world these days are managed with computers. Also the author imagines the world without computers, how could it be. There is also some history of computers and how it evolved in time. Also different computer eras and computer generations are mentions such as mainframes, personal computers and the internet era. There are some thoughts about some ethical and social issues within the use of computers.

• present situation how it is working with computers today.
• Evolution of technology within the Fastfood industry.
• Technological effects, gains or problems, (gains could be faster service, problems could be loss of employement..... )
• Where is the Fastfood industry heading with the technology today
